    Designing the OPC, database, and network architecture up front, including how the new system will exchange data with existing PLCs, historians, and the ERP layer.

  3. Development and Application Migration

    Building new logic and screens, or migrating an existing application to current software, against the agreed control philosophy.

  4. Factory Acceptance Testing

    Testing the system before it goes anywhere near the live plant floor, to catch issues in a controlled environment rather than during commissioning.

  5. Site Commissioning and SAT

    Installing on-site, verifying networking, and running Site Acceptance Testing with the client's team before formal handover.
