Custom enclosure design and fabrication

Sized, rated, and finished for the actual installation environment, not an off-the-shelf box. Panels we build have included double-door, double powder-coated 3 mm steel enclosures engineered for durability in demanding industrial settings

Multi-vendor component integration

PLCs, HMIs, weighing and measurement instruments, timers, relays, contactors, and wireless links, all integrated into one coherent panel. A panel we built for a scrap-handling application integrated a Siemens PLC and HMI, a wireless remote control system, a weighing controller and load-cell junction box, and a LoRa-based wireless link driving remote digital displays — all from different manufacturers, wired into a single, tested unit

Internal wiring and assembly

Full internal wiring, labeling, and component mounting carried out to a defined standard, not an improvised build

Factory Acceptance Testing

Functional testing of wiring and component integration before the panel ships, with provision for the customer's own engineer to inspect the panel at the factory

Clearly scoped delivery

A defined boundary between panel-shop scope (fabrication, internal wiring, FAT) and site scope (PLC programming, erection, final commissioning), agreed before fabrication starts so there is no ambiguity once the panel reaches site

Export-ready packaging and logistics

We follow a disciplined engineering workflow from initial requirements gathering to final FAT testing, packaging, and site deployment — ensuring every panel is delivered on time, fully tested, and clearly documented.

  1. Requirement and Environment Review

    Understanding what the panel needs to control, what components it needs to house, and the real environment it will operate in.

  2. Panel and Component Design

    Specifying the enclosure, layout, and components, and defining the exact boundary between panel-shop scope and site scope up front.

  3. Fabrication and Internal Wiring

    Building the enclosure and completing all internal wiring and component mounting to a defined standard.

  4. Factory Acceptance Testing

    Functional testing of the assembled panel, with the option for the customer's engineer to inspect it before shipment.

  5. Shipment and Site Support

    Packaging and delivery, including export logistics where required, with on-site support available for testing and commissioning.

  6. Documentation and Handover

    Wiring diagrams, component documentation, and a clear record of what was tested before handover.
