About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth through lead generation, on-ground client meetings, product/service presentations, and conversions. This is a field sales position suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals in person.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for our products and services through market visits, cold visits, referrals, local networking, phone calls, emails, and social platforms.
Conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert leads into paying customers and drive revenue growth.
Maintain daily visit reports and update lead/prospect status.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer on boarding and service delivery.
Follow up consistently with prospects to progress and close opportunities.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Qualification: BBA / MBA / B. tech
Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Odia/Hindi/English preferred).
Preparing presentations for customers.
Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
Basic understanding of sales or a strong willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven, and accountable.
